Engineering Design

Hi all,
And it is a relief to say that.
There are tough times, and then there are really tough times.... and then there are times in the Engineering Design class.
Why do i rant and whine and bitch?
Because I finally have the time to now....
From spending any random of number of hours each day in the dingy corner of my homely hall of residence, that we called the music room, 4 months later here having spent the last 2 weeks constituting a solid mixture between my butt and the, previously red in color, chair in my lab.
At the end of it all, what did I gain....
An INSANE confidence.
New people to chat in Gtalk.
etc. etc. etc.
oh yeah....also learnt some design.

Roots

Everything has a first. So here's mine.
Perhaps the best weekend I have spent while in IIT turned out to be one when I wasn't even in IIT. A family trip to my native place in Rajasthan, viz. Sujangarh.
Here are the stats:
2924 kms. by flight.
800 kms. by car
30kms. of walking
1 km. of mountain climbing
Khichdi
Baajri (roti), keriya sangri and half a litre of ghee,
4 havelis
5 temples
...
and my first time away from Inter Hall practices ,

adds upto

one happy dude with 2 kgs gained.
